Katrina Deegan

Associate Director

Katrina is the Associate Director of Cpl Healthcare’s Agency Division. After joining the Healthcare division of Medical Recruitment Specialists in March 2008, she gained valuable experience working in various divisions within the agency team. She played a major role in the setting up of our compliance department in April 2009, when Medical Recruitment Specialist and Alliance Nurses Agency merged to become Cpl Healthcare. Her extensive experience, dedication and passion for the business led Katrina to become Associate Director of the Recruitment, Compliance & Training Departments in 2017.

Katrina and her dedicated teams monitor and oversee the compliance surrounding agency staff education and training, Garda Vetting, in addition to maintaining compliance with governmental visa regulations. She also manages the recruitment team of Agency Nurses & Healthcare Assistants, ensuring our client’s staffing needs are met most efficiently.
