She is experienced in recruiting candidates from a variety of different sectors and backgrounds including Nurses, Doctors, Allied Health Staff, Pharmacists and Medical Sales Representatives for full-time permanent positions across Ireland, the UK and internationally. She is currently employed as an Associate Director with Cpl Healthcare focusing on managing a team recruiting Nurses for permanent positions throughout Ireland, the UK and internationally. She is highly experienced in Project Management managing numerous recruitment projects with 100+ staff requirements for large government and private hospitals in Ireland and the UK.
Keelin is experienced in writing tender submissions, delivering successful business pitches, winning new business and ensuring client and candidate satisfaction. She is also focused on ensuring my team delivers and exceed targeted fee generation etc. My current role demands self-motivation, excellent organizational and communication skills.
