Niall McDevitt

Managing Director

Niall McDevitt is Managing Director of Cpl Healthcare and has over nineteen years of recruitment experience.

Within this role, he is responsible for managing a large nationwide team providing recruitment and staffing solutions to all aspects of the healthcare sector both in the public and private sector across Ireland.

Niall is involved in all aspects of the business both from an operational and strategic perspective. The business has a large temporary/contract population and also places permanent staff across all disciplines.

Outside of his role in Cpl Healthcare, Niall is an Honorary Secretary and Committee member of the National Recruitment Federation and he is also a committee member of the Professional Institute of Care Providers (PICP).
