🧩 Key Responsibilities:

• Assess residents’ interests and abilities to create personalized activity plans
• Lead a variety of recreational activities: arts & crafts, games, fitness, and social outings
• Organize special events like holiday celebrations and birthday parties
• Foster community spirit and encourage resident participation
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment
• Maintain accurate records of participation and adapt programs as needed
• Collaborate with nursing staff, caregivers, and families
• Manage activity supplies and procure materials as needed

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in an activity coordinator or recreation role (preferably in elder care or healthcare)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Creativity and enthusiasm for planning engaging activities
• Team player with a compassionate, patient approach
• Certification in recreational therapy or a related field (preferred but not essential)
