Salary: Dependant on Experience (€66,487 to €75,356)
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

An established national healthcare organisation is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager 3 (Clinical Lead) to support and enhance the delivery of high-quality services for children and adults with intellectual disabilities and associated clinical needs.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for a nurse manager with strong clinical governance, quality assurance, and regulatory expertise who is passionate about delivering person-centred care and supporting operational teams to achieve excellence.
The Role
As Clinical Lead, you will provide clinical oversight, guidance, and support across a range of residential, respite, and supported accommodation services. Working closely with regional leadership teams and Persons in Charge (PICs), you will help ensure services meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
You will be a clinically focused leader with a passion for service quality, governance, and professional practice. You will be able to influence and support teams, build strong stakeholder relationships, and drive continuous improvement across complex healthcare services.
