Contract Trainer – Cpl Healthcare Training Dept

Cpl Healthcare’s Training Department is seeking an experienced and motivated Trainer to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have a Train the Trainer qualification and a passion for delivering high-quality, engaging training sessions to healthcare professionals across Ireland.

Key Requirements:

• Hold a recognised Train the Trainer (QQI Level 6 or equivalent) certification
• Proven experience delivering professional training programmes (preferably in healthcare or related sectors)
• Irish Heart Foundation BLS/Heartsaver AED instructor preferable
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage training schedules
• Full, clean driving licence and access to your own car (nationwide travel required)
• Ability to provide professional references
