Infection Control CNM2

This CNM2 position is a great opportunity to guide best practice, support staff, and help drive a strong culture of safety and collaboration. You will oversee audits and infection trends, manage outbreaks, and act as a go-to expert for staff on all things IPC .

In this role, you’ll be responsible for

• Leading and improving infection control practices
• Carrying out audits and making evidence-based recommendations
• Monitoring infection risks, rates, and trends
• Managing outbreaks and advising on next steps
• Supporting and educating staff on best practice

💡Applicants must be a NMBI registered Nurse, with minimum 5 years post qualification experience and recent Infection Control Nursing experience. A Higher diploma in Infection Control is highly desirable.
