Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Manager to lead an ASD Support Service, supporting adults with Asperger Syndrome / ASD Non-ID in a person-centred and empowering environment.
This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing all service operations, ensuring the highest standards of client support, safeguarding, and service delivery. The successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage stakeholder relationships, oversee budgets and compliance, and drive the future growth and development of the service.
β Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 yearsβ management experience in disability, health, education, or training services with individuals with an A.S. or ASD Non-ID diagnosis.
- Third-level qualification in Social Care, Health, or related discipline
- Qualification in Management & Leadership
- Strong understanding of ASD/Asperger Syndrome and person-centred practice
- Excellent leadership, communication, organisational, and crisis-management skills
- Full clean driving licence and access to a car
