Cpl Healthcare are currently recruiting Social Care Leaders on behalf of Tusla Child and Family Agency for services nationwide.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated team supporting children and young people within residential care services across Ireland. As a Social Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment where young people can thrive, build resilience, and achieve positive outcomes. HSE Pay Scales - beginning at 57,484.
This is a full-time position, involving a mix of day and overnight shifts.
What We're Looking For
- A CORU registered Social Care Worker (or in the process of registration).
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working with young people in a residential setting
- Full clean manual driving licence and access to a car
- Experience supporting young people presenting with challenging behaviours
- A strong understanding of therapeutic approaches and interventions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
