Primary Care Team Nurse, Homeless Services

Cpl Healthcare are delighted to have partnered with a Dublin based medical charity to recruit a Staff Nurse join their Homeless Primary Care Team in Dublin city centre. My client provides high-quality healthcare services for those who are socially excluded and who otherwise could not access care, thereby promoting their wellbeing and advocating for an inclusive healthcare system.

In collaboration with GPs, outreach teams and partner health/social care providers, the successful candidate will provide nursing care and support to service users, triaging referrals, scheduling drop-ins and outreach assessments and deliver hands-on care in emergency accommodation and on street outreach.

To be considered for the role, the following criteria apply:

• Registered in the General or Psychiatric division of the NMBI 
• At least 2 years post-registration experience (1 year in a relevant area)
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
• Passion for inclusion health and working with marginalised group
• Eligible to work in Ireland

This is a Monday-Friday permanent contract, working 35 hours per week.
