Senior Supervisor – Day Services

🕒 Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (39 hours per week)
💰 Salary: From €43,283 per annum
Cpl Healthcare is delighted to be recruiting a Senior Supervisor on behalf of a leading disability service supporting autistic individuals in a day service setting in Bray, Co. Wicklow.

As Senior Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in supporting both the staff team and service users while ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery.
The Role
As Senior Supervisor, you will:
- Lead, motivate, and support a dedicated team delivering high-quality, person-centred services.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the day service, ensuring smooth and effective service delivery.
- Ensure supports are delivered in line with individual person-centred plans and organisational standards.
- Assist with staff supervision, rota planning, team meetings, and service development.
- Promote independence, community participation, and meaningful skill development for the individuals supported.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative working environment.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- A Level 8 qualification in Social Care, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- At least one year's experience supporting individuals with complex needs.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience within a social care or disability service.
- A strong understanding of relevant legislation, HIQA standards, and person-centred practice.
- A full manual driving licence (essential).
