Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) | South Dublin

Cpl Healthcare is currently seeking applications from experienced and motivated Nurse Managers for the position of Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) with one of Ireland's leading nursing home groups.

The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in supporting the Director of Nursing, ensuring excellence in clinical care, regulatory compliance and staff development.

Requirements

  • Registered General Nurse with active NMBI registration.
  • Minimum of 6 years post-registration nursing experience.
  • At least 3 years' experience in Older Person Care within the previous 6 years.
  • Previous management or supervisory experience is highly desirable.
  • Post-registration qualification in Dementia Care is advantageous.
  • Post-registration qualification in Management or commitment to undertaking same is essential.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills.
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland.
