CPL Healthcare is currently partnering with a leading fertility clinic in South Dublin to recruit Fertility Nurses to join their growing clinical team based in their South Dublin clinic. Full training in fertility care will be provided.
The clinic is seeking nurses who demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, empathy and a genuine passion for patient-centered care, as supporting patients through their fertility journey is a key part of the role.
Role Details
- Full-time, onsite position based in South Dublin
- Monday to Friday working hours
- No night shifts or weekend work
- Reporting directly to the Nurse Manager
- Full specialist training provided in fertility nursing
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the clinical team with fertility procedures and consultations
- Supporting patient admissions and discharges
- Participating in patient handovers and care coordination
- Providing compassionate and supportive care to patients throughout their treatment journey
- Working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of patient care
Candidate Requirements
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Midwife (RM) with NMBI
- Recently qualified nurses with some clinical experience are also encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong empathy and patient-focused approach
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Eligible to work in Ireland
