Branch Manager – Homecare (East Cork)

Due to continued expansion, our client—a well-established, family-run homecare provider—is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead and grow their services in the Cork region. This organisation is committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate, and personalised care to older people and individuals with disabilities in their own homes.

As Branch Manager, you will work closely with senior leadership to oversee the day-to-day operations of a home support service. You will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of safe, compliant, and person-centred care.

Candidate Requirements : The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience within a homecare or healthcare setting.

Essential criteria:

• Relevant qualification 
• Proven management experience in homecare or a similar healthcare environment
• Strong knowledge of homecare regulations and HIQA standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with care systems, reporting, and administrative processes
• Financial awareness including budgeting and cost control
• Full clean driver’s licence and access to own transport
• Eligibility to work in Ireland
