Staff Nurse – Oncology | Cork

Cpl Healthcare is currently seeking applications from experienced and motivated Staff Nurses – Oncology to join a leading private hospital in Cork. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centred nursing care to allocated patients.
• Assume responsibility for patient care during each shift.
• Work collaboratively within the nursing and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain the highest standards of clinical practice, safety and patient experience.
• Contribute to the continuous development of nursing services and patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Registered General Nurse with active registration on the live register maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
• Previous experience in an acute medical oncology ward.
• Postgraduate qualification in Oncology Nursing or a related specialty is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and organisational abilities.
• Knowledge of current nursing practice, education and professional development.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.
