Operations Manager – Longford

My client is transforming primary care in Ireland by building a network of high-performing, community-based GP practices focused on prevention, early intervention, and chronic disease management.

We are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to lead a large GP practice in County Longford and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient-centred care. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of the operational performance of a busy and growing GP practice. Working closely with GPs, nurses, administrative staff and the Regional Practice Director, you will ensure the practice operates efficiently, delivers an excellent patient experience, and supports the continued growth of community-based healthcare services.

• Proven experience in operational management and team leadership.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, workflows and performance metrics.
• A collaborative leadership style with a focus on service excellence.
• Healthcare, primary care or practice management experience is desirable, though candidates from other operational leadership backgrounds will also be considered.
