Staff Nurse – Oncology | Cork
Cpl Healthcare is currently seeking applications from experienced and motivated Staff Nurses – Oncology to join a leading private hospital in Cork. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centred nursing care to allocated patients.
- Assume responsibility for patient care during each shift.
- Work collaboratively within the nursing and multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain the highest standards of clinical practice, safety and patient experience.
- Contribute to the continuous development of nursing services and patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Registered General Nurse with active registration on the live register maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
- Previous experience in an acute medical oncology ward.
- Postgraduate qualification in Oncology Nursing or a related specialty is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and organisational abilities.
- Knowledge of current nursing practice, education and professional development.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland.
