Person in Charge (PIC) – Children Disability Services | County Clare
CPL Healthcare is delighted to partner with a renowned disability care provider and is currently inviting applications from experienced Social Care Professionals for the role of Person in Charge (PIC) in County Clare.
This is a part-time position (Wednesday to Friday) with the option to transition to full-time.
As Person in Charge, you will provide leadership and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Essential Requirements:
Applicants must meet one of the following qualification pathways:
Social Care
- Level 7 qualification in Social Care.
- Eligible for CORU registration.
- Minimum QQI Level 6 qualification in Management.
OR
Nursing
- Nursing qualification.
- Minimum QQI Level 6 qualification in Management.
In addition, all applicants must have:
- A minimum of three years' experience in a management or supervisory role within the Health or Social Care sector.
- A full driving license and access to own transport.
