CPL Healthcare are delighted to partner with our client in the recruitment of a Regional Manager for the Midlands region.

Our client is a new, rights-based organisation providing high-quality, person-centred residential services for adults with intellectual disabilities and high support needs. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to join a developing organisation and play a key role in shaping its culture, governance, and services.

The Role

Reporting initially to the CEO, the Regional Manager will oversee the safe and effective operation of multiple residential services across the Midlands. The successful candidate will provide leadership and support to Persons in Charge (PICs) and teams, ensuring compliance with HIQA Regulations, strong governance, quality care, and continuous improvement across all services.

The role will involve operational oversight, staff support and development, risk management, service development, and stakeholder engagement.

Essential Requirements

  • Level 7 qualification in Social Care, Nursing, Psychology, or related field (Level 8 preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in disability/social care services
  • Minimum 3 years’ management experience
  • Strong knowledge of HIQA Regulations, safeguarding, and risk management
  • Experience leading teams and managing service quality
  • Commitment to rights-based, person-centred care
  • Full clean driving licence
  • CORU registration

Desirable

  • Postgraduate qualification in leadership or management
  • Experience in service start-up or organisational development, with relevant knowledge of supporting IT.
  • Experience in neurodiversity-affirming practice
  • Knowledge of HSE funding and MDT structures
