CPL Healthcare is recruiting on behalf of a reputable service supporting individuals with Intellectual Disabilities across Ireland.
Reporting to the Area Manager, the successful candidate will support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services while ensuring compliance with HIQA standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support individuals to live independently and actively within their communities.
- Promote autonomy, personal development, and equality.
- Lead and supervise staff teams within the designated centre.
- Ensure services are delivered in line with HIQA standards and person-centred planning principles.
Requirements
- Level 8 qualification in Social Care, Social Work, Nursing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities.
- Strong knowledge of HIQA regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication, administration, and organisational skills.
- Experience managing and supervising staff.
- Full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and participate in on-call duties.
