Cpl Healthcare is currently seeking a Speech & Language Therapist to join a progressive and expanding disability service supporting adults, particularly within autism services. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a person-centred, multidisciplinary team committed to delivering high-quality, tailored supports.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete assessments and deliver speech & language interventions
- Develop and implement individualised care plans
- Support adults with autism to enhance communication and daily living skills
- Work collaboratively as part of a clinical team
- Maintain high professional standards and documentation
Requirements
- Degree in Speech & Language Therapy
- Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience
- CORU registration (essential)
- Experience in adult disability/autism services desirable
- Full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle
