Team Lead

We are currently recruiting for Full Time Team Lead for an Autism and Disabilities centre based in Bansha, Co. Tipperary.

As a Team Lead and working as part of a team you will be responsible for the day-to-day activities in the residential centre and work in close collaboration with the PIC in creating and maintaining a warm, accepting and secure environment for the young people in your care and will play a key role in the delivery of the highest standard of therapeutic residential services.

What we can offer you:

  • Attractive starting salary package for our Full time Deputy Team Lead of €47,000 - €50,000 annually (depending on experience)

Qualifications & Experience:

  • require a minimum of a Level 5 Major Award qualification in the care sector.
  • A full driving license
  • Experience of working with vulnerable young people and youth and families in the community or residential setting
