Theatre Manager (CNM3), Dublin

Our client is seeking an experienced and ambitious Theatre Manager (CNM3) to lead their Theatre Services Department and play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced perioperative nursing leader to drive clinical excellence, champion patient safety and inspire high-performing multidisciplinary teams within one of Ireland's leading private healthcare providers.

As Theatre Manager, you will be responsible for the operational and clinical leadership of the theatre department, ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, and patient-centred care while supporting service development and continuous quality improvement.

The successful candidate will be an experienced theatre nursing leader with a passion for delivering outstanding patient outcomes and developing high-performing teams.

Essential Requirements

• Registered General Nurse with active NMBI registration.
• Minimum of 10 years' clinical experience in an acute hospital setting with 5 years' experience in perioperative nursing.
• Minimum of 3 years' management experience at CNM2 level or equivalent within a theatre environment.
• Recognised post-registration qualification in Perioperative Nursing.
• Demonstrated leadership, people management, and service development experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
