Person in Charge/Social Care Manager - Mullingar

📢 We’re Hiring: Person in Charge – Mullingar, Co. Westmeath

Cpl Healthcare is currently accepting CVs from experienced Social Care Professionals for the role of Person in Charge in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath.
The successful candidate will lead and manage a residential service for young people, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and operational excellence.

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 3 years’ direct experience in residential childcare and/or managing services for vulnerable children and young people and a Level 8 in Social Care or a relevant discipline

or

✔ A Level 7 (minimum) professional qualification in Social Care or a relevant discipline and 4 years' direct experience in residential childcare and/or managing services for vulnerable children and young people

or

✔ A relevant qualification and 4 years' full time work experience in children's residential service post qualification

and

✔ Level 6 Management qualification
✔ Full driving licence and access to own transport
✔ Strong working knowledge of relevant legislation and National Standards for Children's Residential services.
