Our client is hiring a Programme Supervisor to support adults with disabilities in achieving greater independence, community inclusion, and personal development through person-centred support services.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Support service users to achieve personal goals and access community opportunities
- Develop and deliver individual support programmes
- Lead and support a team of staff
- Promote independent living and person-centred planning
- Maintain high standards of care, health & safety, and service quality
- Work closely with families, stakeholders, and external agencies
✅ Requirements
- Level 7 qualification in Health & Social Care or related field
- Experience supporting adults with disabilities
- Full clean driving licence
- Experience with person-centred planning and community integration
- Strong IT and report-writing skills
💰 Salary & Benefits
€39,120 – €47,484 pro rata DOE
