Chief Clinical Officer, National remit
Our client, a nursing home group with a national footprint across Ireland, is seeking to appoint an exceptional Chief Clinical Officer to join its executive leadership team. This is a significant senior leadership appointment with responsibility for shaping clinical excellence, operational performance, regulatory assurance and resident-centred care across a multi-site organisation.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership across clinical governance, quality, compliance, commercial performance and people leadership. The appointment will suit a highly accomplished healthcare executive with a strong clinical foundation, proven multi-site leadership experience and a track record of delivering outstanding standards within regulated care environments.
Required Experience and Credentials
- Registered nurse with active NMBI registration
- Master's Degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years' senior leadership experience within healthcare, aged care, nursing homes or residential care settings.
- Proven experience managing multiple sites or services within a complex healthcare environment.
- Strong knowledge of HIQA standards, healthcare regulation, clinical governance and quality management systems.
- Demonstrated success leading organisational transformation, operational improvement and quality initiatives.
- Experience in executive-level healthcare leadership, communication, stakeholder management and strategic planning skills.
- Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations, or organisational growth projects desirable.
