Clinical Nurse Manager 3 (Theatre Services)

Our client, a leading acute hospital, is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager 3 (CNM3) to lead its Theatre Services Department. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced perioperative nurse looking to drive clinical excellence, enhance patient safety, and lead a high-performing multidisciplinary team.

The successful candidate will oversee the operational management of theatre and anaesthetic services, ensuring safe, efficient, and effective patient care. They will provide strong clinical leadership, support team development, and drive quality improvement initiatives across the perioperative service.

✅ The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Active NMBI registration
• 10+ years' acute hospital experience, including 5+ years in perioperative nursing
• 3+ years' management experience at CNM2 level or equivalent within a theatre setting
• Recognised post-registration qualification in Perioperative Nursing
• Proven leadership, clinical governance, and people management experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
