Community Nurse Manager, West of Ireland

Cpl Healthcare is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead community-based nursing services across the West of Ireland. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on enabling clients to live independently at home while driving high standards of safe, person-centred care and team performance.

Reporting to the Regional Nurse Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving clinical leadership & service delivery, quality, compliance & risk management, team leadership & development and stakeholder engagement.

This role is ideal for a proactive and compassionate leader who is passionate about community-based care and independence for clients, thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous role and can balance clinical oversight with people leadership effectively.

This is a one year full-time contract, involving travel along the West Coast of Ireland. Attractive remunerative package available along with company car.

Essential Criteria:

• Registered Nurse (RGN, RCN, or RNID) with active NMBI.
• Full, clean driving licence and flexibility to travel.
• Experience in community care and team leadership.
• Strong understanding of the community/disability sector.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of clinical governance, risk, and quality improvement
• Familiarity with care management systems and IT tools
• Awareness of current healthcare trends and best practice
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.
