Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN), Dublin city Homeless and Addiction Support Services

This role involves delivering high-quality, recovery-focused psychiatric nursing care within a service supporting individuals experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges and addiction.

Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to an innovative, person-centred service that supports some of the most vulnerable individuals in society. The focus is on promoting recovery, improving mental wellbeing, and supporting service users to achieve meaningful, sustainable outcomes.

This is a permanent role offering flexible working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities will be centred on clinical practice & service delivery, collaboration & advocacy, quality & compliance, education and support.

Essential Requirements

  • Registered Psychiatric Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
  • Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness, addiction, or complex mental health needs.
  • Experience managing a caseload in a community or outreach setting.
  • Eligible to work in Ireland.
