Are you a passionate leader ready to make a real difference? We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Person in Charge (PIC) to lead high-quality residential services supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities.
This is more than just a management role — it’s an opportunity to shape lives. You’ll lead dedicated teams, oversee residential centres, and empower individuals to live with dignity, choice, and independence every day.
✨ What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the day-to-day operations of residential services in line with HIQA standards and the Health Act 2007
- Driving the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care
- Ensuring full compliance with all regulatory and organisational requirements ✔️
- Inspiring, supporting, and developing staff teams to thrive 🌱
- Building strong relationships with families, multidisciplinary teams, and key stakeholders
- Championing best practice in care planning, risk management, and continuous improvement 🚀
🎯 What You Bring
- Nursing Degree with NMBI registration (or eligibility) OR a Level 8 Degree in Social Care
- At least 3 years’ management experience in health or social care
- A recognised management qualification (minimum Level 6 NFQ)
- Strong knowledge of HIQA standards, person-centred planning, and clinical governance
- Experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities
- Full eligibility to work in Ireland
