About the Role
As Senior Supervisor, you will provide leadership and guidance to the staff team while ensuring the delivery of high-quality supports that promote independence, choice, inclusion and personal development. You will play a key role in staff supervision, rota management, service planning and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practice standards.

What You'll Bring
Essential Qualifications
- Degree-level qualification in Social Care, Social Studies, Social Work, Psychology or a related discipline.
- Qualifications obtained outside Ireland must be recognised as equivalent to an Irish Level 8 qualification.
Essential Experience & Skills
- Minimum of one year's recent experience as a Social Care Worker supporting individuals with complex needs.
- Experience supervising or managing a team, including managing staff rotas.
- Experience leading and chairing meetings.
- Strong understanding of legislation and regulations relevant to the social care sector.
- Knowledge of the needs and rights of autistic people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong leadership qualities.
- Full manual driving licence and willingness to drive service vehicles.
- Valid working rights for Ireland.
