Salary: Starting from €43,283 per annum

About the Role

As Senior Supervisor, you will provide leadership and guidance to the staff team while ensuring the delivery of high-quality supports that promote independence, choice, inclusion and personal development. You will play a key role in staff supervision, rota management, service planning and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practice standards.

What You'll Bring

Essential Qualifications

  • Degree-level qualification in Social Care, Social Studies, Social Work, Psychology or a related discipline.
  • Qualifications obtained outside Ireland must be recognised as equivalent to an Irish Level 8 qualification.

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Minimum of one year's recent experience as a Social Care Worker supporting individuals with complex needs.
  • Experience supervising or managing a team, including managing staff rotas.
  • Experience leading and chairing meetings.
  • Strong understanding of legislation and regulations relevant to the social care sector.
  • Knowledge of the needs and rights of autistic people.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong leadership qualities.
  • Full manual driving licence and willingness to drive service vehicles.
  • Valid working rights for Ireland.
