CPL Healthcare is partnering with a leading organisation supporting adults with physical, sensory, and neurological disabilities. We are seeking a Social Care Worker based in Blackrock or surrounds to join a dedicated team delivering person-centred supports that promote independence, inclusion, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Support individuals to live independent, meaningful lives
- Deliver person-centred, rights-based care
- Develop and review care plans
- Work with families and multidisciplinary teams
- Advocate for service users
Requirements
- QQI Level 7/8 in Social Care or equivalent
- CORU registration (or eligibility)
- Experience in disability services (preferred)
- Knowledge of HIQA Standards and relevant legislation
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Full driving licence (or willingness to obtain)
- Eligible to work in Ireland
